Is pricing in AUD?
Yes! All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Do you only ship within Australia?
Yes! We currently only offer shipping within Australia.
How long does shipping take?
We visit the post office around 3-4 times a week.
This ensures that your order gets to you in 1-5 days within Australia!
How do I get free shipping?
Shipping is only free if you spend $100 AUD and up!
Anything under $100 AUD will be charged a flat fee of $10 AUD.
Do you offer returns & exchanges?
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases or for misreading measurements. All sales are final unless the items is faulty on arrival or there has been a mistake with your order.
If you have any exchange enquiries, please contact us immediately within 7 business days of receiving the item with a description of the query and your order number.
We only accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, unwashed, unworn) within our allocated time frame.
To avoid such hassles, we kindly ask that you carefully commit to your purchase :)
What if my delivery has failed?
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or failure to collect from post office, an additional shipping fee of $10 AUD will need to be charged additionally for redelivery.
